I'm Michelle — yoga teacher, meditation guide, and retreat leader with 20+ years in this world. Let's see how far you can go.


I've been immersed in wellness for over 20 years — first as a student, then as a teacher, and eventually as someone who built their life around it. I've been teaching yoga and meditation since 2009. In that time I've owned a studio, developed wellness programs, and worked with hundreds of students across private sessions, group classes, and immersive retreats. The practice has taken me a long way.


For the better part of the past decade, Bali has been my home — where I've led retreats, taught yoga, organized events, and built a life deeply rooted in the island's unique traditions. I have worked alongside luxury hospitality brands and learned what it truly takes to create a memorable, transformative experience that is nurturing. This work takes me all over the world and wherever I am, the intention is the same: helping people come home to themselves.

JOYFUL FLOW: Power Yoga to Detox Your Mind & Body

Set joy as your intention and join me as we flow in this strong but sweet 60 minute power vinyasa yoga practice. This detoxifying sequence is designed to make you sweat as we move with breath, rejuvenating the entire body with grounding standing postures, twists, backbends, balancing poses, hip openers and forward folds. Practice in the morning to spark energy or later in the day to burn off any nerves.
